To complete your purchase, we offer multiple payment options, including credit or debit cards and others. Rest assured that Shopioso.com does not store any user's credit card numbers. When making a payment using your card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express), your payment information is securely transmitted over the internet using encryption and adhering to strict banking standards.

Your card details are directly sent to the bank through secure channels, and only your bank will be able to decipher the payment details. Shopioso.com does not impose any additional costs for card payments. However, please be aware that depending on your card and bank, additional fees may be associated with those services. Please note that the starting conditions apply only after your payment is approved. If the payment fails after a certain period of time, our bank reserves the right to cancel your order.

Our Products & Offerings:

At Shopioso.com, we strive to provide a wide range of products and services related to Shopify stores, Shopify development, and ecommerce support. While we make every effort to ensure accurate product information, including descriptions, pricing, images, videos, and any other form of media, please note that the appearance and availability of products may vary based on factors such as your device's settings and screen resolution.

We reserve the right to change prices, product offerings, and product information without prior notice. Such changes may occur due to factors beyond our control, including supplier updates, market conditions, or technological advancements. However, any changes made will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

If you maintain an active membership subscription, it is your sole responsibility to either pause the subscription or inform us of your intention to do so. Failure to pause the subscription during periods when you have no ongoing work or projects will result in the continuous elapsing of subscription days, which encompasses weekends as well.

Licensing

By purchasing and using a template or shopify section, you agree to the following license rules:

Single Website License: This license allows for a section to be used on one website only. If needed for more than one project, the section must be purchased again for each additional project.

Unlimited Website License: This license allows one individual to use the section on multiple websites. They may not share the code with other individuals. For studios or agencies, one license should be purchased per team member that will be using the code or accessing the materials on Teachable. 

What’s Not Allowed: Some common guidelines and limitations apply: While using Shopioso Templates/code snippets/sections, you cannot do the following:

1. Sell or redistribute any code, instructional videos or course content.

2. Claim ownership of any code, design, styles or assets.

3. Copy and offer any sections on a similar service or store.

4. Include any Shopioso Templates/sections code as part of a theme or template being distributed or sold. 

5. Share your memership login details with another individual. 

6. Modify or remove any digital marks of code giving credit to Shopioso. This includes but is not limited to the following usages of: "This section is designed and built by Shopioso. 

By using a Shopioso section/snippet code you are agreeing to abide by the license issued when purchased.

Shopify Course

By purchasing any Shopify Course made by Shopioso, you agree to the following license rules:

You cannot do the following:

1. Share your platform/membership login details with another individual. 

2. Share course links, copies or files.

3. Sell or redistribute any course content.

4. Claim ownership of any course content, methods, styles or assets.

For studios or agencies, one license should be purchased per team member that will be using the code or accessing the course. Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate suspension of your account with no refund given, a blocking of all future purchases, and the possibility of legal action taken against you.

Community Engagement
Our course community and support is hosted on Discord. By using the platform you agree to our community rules (viewable on joining). If you abuse these rules, we will exclude you from the community. Shopioso reserves the right to share and distribute content from Discord interactions however they wish. 

Store audits will be recorded. Shopioso reserves the right to share and distribute the content of the recordings however they wish.

Payment Plans
When opting for the split payment plan option, you are legally bound in an agreement of full payment for the course. Failure to meet a payment will be followed by a reminder. After 7 days, if no payment has been made and no attempt to resolve full payment has been made, it will be considered failure to pay the full course amount. Consequently, the user will be removed from the course and course benefits and no refund will be given. Failure to complete full payment of the course restricts the user from using any course materials, templates, code, design or techniques in their portfolio, marketing or for commercial projects.


Access to course benefits will not be extended past 365 days of the original purchase date. Failure to complete payment of the course may result in the possibility of legal action taken against you.

Business Tools

By purchasing and using Shopioso Business Tools (such as any code snippet or course), you agree to the following rules:

You cannot do the following:

1. Share your membership login details with another individual.

2. Share product material links, copies or PDFs.

3. Sell or redistribute any course content.

4. Claim ownership of any course content, methods, styles or assets.
   
   Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate suspension of your account with no refund given, a blocking of all future purchases, and the possibility of legal action taken against you.

 Free Products 

By entering your personal details on our free product pages, and confirming your email, you agree to receive marketing and other emails from Shopioso, from which you may change your preferences or unsubscribe at any time. Furthermore, you agree to all terms that apply to paid templates, as stated within this policy. 

Access to Product

By using the Shopioso checkout you agree to have your information shared with Lemon Squeezy in order to access the product materials.

Only the purchaser whose name is on the customer account may log in to the Shopioso membership area. Passwords are a technological protection measure and cannot be shared with any other individual. Giving access to the product materials to another person will result in the deletion of the student account with no refund.

Creating multiple accounts using a different email in order to take advantage of promotional discounts is prohibited and will result in a banning of future purchases by that individual. 

Modifications to Products and Services

Features and prices of our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue products or services without notice at any time. The code for sections or sniipets may be altered for the purpose of improvements at any time. We are not responsible for keeping copies of previous versions for customer use.

Rights on Intellectual Property:

Onsite - All intellectual property rights, including copyright and trademarks, as well as any materials published on Shopioso.com, are owned by the Company. Unauthorized use, including storing, copying, reproducing, modifying, or distributing the website's content, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without our explicit permission, unless for personal or non-commercial use. Any unauthorized use may result in legal consequences and potential claims for damages.

Customer domain -  All work and original source files created on the client's behalf ('Projects') belong to the client, and the client shall be the sole owner of the copyright for all projects. In the event that any operation of law would cause the company to become the owner of a project, in whole or in part, rather than the client, the company irrevocably and perpetually assigns its entire interest in the project to the client, without limitation. The client warrants that any and all materials provided to the company as examples or as material to be incorporated into a project during the process are owned by the client and do not infringe on or misappropriate any third party's rights, including, but not limited to, all intellectual property rights and any right of publicity. The company always reserves the right to share the client's work publicly (social media, website, etc.) unless agreed upon differently.

Third-Party Assets

In the event that any project incorporates fonts, functionality or assets that are not owned by the company and require a commercial license in order for client to legally reproduce, distribute, or publicly display the company will inform the client on this matter. 

Said notice will include information sufficient for Client to identify which licenses are required and who to contact in order to purchase said licenses. So long as the company has informed the client of the incorporation of third-party assets as described above, the client assumes all responsibility for any consequences as a result of a failure by client to purchase one or more licenses for any third-party assets incorporated into his project.

The responsibility for purchasing or acquiring the necessary assets, applications, services, and materials required in the project lies entirely with the customer.

Customer feedback:

Client acknowledges and agrees that any questions, comments, suggestions, or other feedback or submission (each a "Submission") shall be the sole property of the company, and the company is under no obligation to keep a Submission confidential or take steps necessary to ensure its confidentiality. The company shall be the sole and exclusive owner of all rights related to the Submission, except to the extent that rights are granted to the Client under Paragraph 2 ("Ownership of Materials"). The company, at its sole and unrestricted discretion, may use and disseminate a Submission for any lawful purpose without permission, acknowledgment, or compensation to the Client. The Client agrees that they have the right to express and present the Submission, and hereby waives all claims and recourse against the company for its use of the Submission in accordance with the terms stated herein and at its sole discretion in the future.

Connection Interruptions

The company does not guarantee or warrant the Website will be available and accessible at all times. Issues with hardware, software or other items may result in interruption delays or errors beyond the company’s control. The client agrees that the company shall not be liable to the client for any loss, damage or inconvenience caused by the client’s inability to access or use the platform(s) during any interruption in the connection or service.

 Showcasing Work

The company reserves the right to share work on digital channels including social media, website, etc. unless otherwise agreed upon. The client reserves the right to issue an NDA between themselves and the company, which in turn would void the right of the company to share or discuss Client's work publicly.

 Fraud:

We take fraudulent activities seriously to protect our customers and our business. Shopioso.com has the right to cancel any purchase if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity related to orders placed on the website. In such cases, we will promptly report the incident to the relevant authorities for further investigation and take necessary legal action.

 Termination:

Shopioso.com reserves the right to terminate a user's account or cancel any pending orders at the Company's sole discretion. If we suspect a user has violated these Terms of Use, engaged in fraudulent activities, or acted in a manner detrimental to the website or other users, we may terminate their account without prior notice. Termination of an account may result in the loss of access to certain features, services, or content on Shopioso.com.

Amendments:

We reserve the right to revise and amend these Terms of Use at any time. Whenever you place an order on our website, the current terms in force at the time of purchase will apply to the contract between you and the Company.
