We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all digital products, subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility for Refund:
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.
Any refund requests related to user error such as not fully reading a product's description, conflicting third-party codes, or simply not wanting the product anymore do not warrant a refund.
We handle review requests on a case-by-case basis after a product has been accessed or downloaded. Please review the product details carefully beforehand to ensure it’s the right fit for you. If the product isn’t working as expected, contact us at office@shopioso.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.
PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your PayPal account balance within 24 business hours.
Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at office@shopioso.com.
Delivery Process for Digital Products
• Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to download your purchased product(s).
• The email containing the download link will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
• You can access and download your product(s) immediately after completing the purchase.
Since our products are delivered digitally, there are no shipping charges or physical delivery associated with your order.
Issues with Downloading
If you encounter any problems downloading your product(s), please contact our customer support team at office@shopioso.com for assistance. We will respond within 48 hours to help resolve any issues.
